FUE Grey Hair Removal & Leukotrichia Treatment

Patients often ask, "Can you remove them all in one go?"
The answer is No, due to biology. Hair grows in cycles. At any given moment, your hairs are in different phases:

1. Anagen (Growing Phase): The hair is visible above the skin. We can extract these.
2. Catagen/Telogen (Resting/Shedding Phase): The hair has shed or detached from the blood supply and is "sleeping" underneath the skin. These are invisible.

The Protocol:

Since we cannot punch what we cannot see, we remove all visible grey hairs in the first session. However, the dormant (Telogen) grey hairs will wake up and surface weeks or months later.
Therefore, a complete treatment course typically requires 2 to 4 sessions spaced out over time to catch every single grey hair as it enters the growth phase.

Repigmented Vitiligo (Leukotrichia)

• The Scenario: You successfully treated a Vitiligo patch, and the skin color has returned. However, the hair remains white (Leukotrichia) because the pigment cells in the root are dead.
• The Solution: We surgically remove these white roots. If this creates a gap, we can perform a "Swap Transplant"—removing the white root and immediately replacing it with a healthy black graft.

Poliosis & Premature Greying

• The Scenario: A localized white patch (forelock) or scattered coarse grey hairs on the beard/mustache.
• The Solution: Precision removal eliminates the need for daily dyeing.
