Step 1: The Evaluation (Vascularity Check)

We use Video Dermoscopy to check the blood flow in the scar.

• If the scar is Hypertrophic (Thick) or Atrophic (Thin): We plan the depth of implantation carefully.
• If the scar is Avascular (White/Dead)

Step 2: Bed Preparation (The "Soil" Upgrade)

Before the transplant (or sometimes 3 months prior), we prepare the scar:

• Nanofat & SVF Injection: To soften the fibrosis and build blood vessels.
• Fractional CO2 Laser: To create microscopic channels that break down rigid scar tissue and improve elasticity.

Step 3: The Transplant (Nano-FUE Technique)

Once the bed is ready, we perform the reconstruction with precision using specific surgical strategies:

• Lower Density Strategy: Unlike normal scalps, scars have limited blood supply. We plant at a slightly lower density initially to ensure every graft gets enough oxygen to survive. (If needed, a second session creates high density later).
• Deep-Root Selection: We select robust, multi-hair grafts from the donor area that have thicker tissue (fatty vitality) around the root. This extra tissue protects the follicle from the crushing pressure of hard scar tissue.
• ACell Dipping: Before implantation, every graft is dipped in ACell + PRP solution to coat the root with growth factors.
"Stick and Place" Method: We make the incision and insert the graft immediately to minimize trauma to the delicate scar tissue.
